The hospital's Division of Chinese Medicine Pediatrics is one of the units in which the pediatrics of Chinese medicine has been specialized. Under the leadership of successive division directors, division doctors in clinical practice focus on the discussion of children's diseases and provide Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment that are more suitable for children than adults. In addition, they have developed TCM external treatment in children and introduced laser acupuncture, which acts as an alternative to oral TCM for patients. Moreover, the division has been actively organizing a treatment team with the division of Western medicine pediatrics to develop the optimal model of pediatric care in the form of cooperation, such as for children's cancer, asthma, atopic dermatitis, and sexual precocity.
